Crossword Corners

The Indian metros, while growing rapidly, are also increasingly becoming congested. Customer catchments are shrinking as a result as customers are unwilling to travel beyond 4 to 5 kms to shop.

Crossword has therefore evolved a smaller store model - The Crossword Corner, spread over 500 to 1000 sq. ft. to cater to the smaller catchments. These stores will be supported and anchored by the larger Crossword stores. They will be located in high traffic points like shopping malls, high streets, department stores, entertainment complexes etc. and can be company owned or franchised.
