Crossword is India's leading chain of bookstores with a network of 48 stores across 13 cities. Our vision is to build bookstores that provide a platform for ideas, discussions, debates and make us a center for the community. Customer Support Executives

A graduate who has good communication skills, confidence and flair for books. The role would involve building Customers for life and would encompass retail functions such as Visual Merchandising, Inventory Management and Sales.

Age : 20 - 25 years.
